Birthday Party Bash for the Wii

birthday party bash_thumb_thumbBirthday Party Bash for the Wii As we approached my son’s 6th birthday, I knew I had to come up with something good to compete with the pirate party birthday he’d had with every boy in the neighborhood and the party at the giant trampoline place he’d had in years past. I was thrilled when I was given the opportunity to review the new Birthday Party Bash game for the Wii just in time for his birthday. My son loves the Wii to start with and traditional party games were so much more fun with him when played on the Wii.

Birthday Party in a Box

Whenever I host a birthday party for my kids, I struggle to come up with enough activities to keep the kids entertained for the duration of the party. Birthday Party Bash for the Wii provides nearly everything you need to throw a birthday party that is fun and affordable, including, 10 birthday party invitations, coupons for party supplies and Duncan Hines, a party-planning guide full of helpful tips and suggestions, and over 20 fun birthday party games, all played on the Wii. Up to 4 players can play the Birthday Party Bash at the same time and kids love playing traditional party games in an exciting new way.

The birthday child can choose a theme for his party with choices including, pirates, sports, army men, princesses, stuffed animals and more. Up to 12 party guests can customize their character and play over 20 fun party games. When you are ready to sing “Happy Birthday”, the song will play karaoke-style on the screen for all the party-goers to sing along to.

Interactive Birthday Party Fun

My 6 year old loved playing Birthday Party Bash as part of his birthday. He had a blast competing with his friends and playing all the games. We actually had a hard time dragging the kids away from the games to eat cake. I loved how simple the Birthday Party Bash made throwing a birthday party for kids and unlike traditional video games, the Wii encouraged lots of active play and group participation. My son’s favorite games were the sack race and using a slingshot to throw water balloons. Birthday Party Bash was great to play with 4 players using a larger screen T.V. A smaller screen would probably be harder to see playing with 4 players because the screen is split 4 ways. My kids will enjoy playing Birthday Party Bash even now that the party is over and they have some great memories playing with their friends.
