ImagiPlay Earth Friendly Toys

duckI never used to think twice about the toys that my children played with. Then every other toy in my house was recalled due to high levels of lead and more information on BPA in plastics came out. When I really started to look into how safe my kids’ toys were it scared me. It is hard enough to protect your children in today’s world without having to worry about the toys in your own home. I was thrilled to come across ImagiPlay, a company that makes “toys with integrity”. All of ImagiPlay’s toys are made with eco-friendly materials, are educational, and encourage kids to use their imagination.

Most toys with batteries drive me absolutely crazy. I much prefer class toys that get my kids playing instead of giving them something to watch. ImagiPlays toys are a great way to get back to basics. They are sturdy and colorful and are the kind of toys that will still be around for your grandchildren to play with.

PushAlong Duck

The PushAlong Duck by ImagiPlay is a great toy for an active toddler. There’s no need to worry about chemicals in your plastic with this solid wooden toy. A thin insert of rubber on each wheels makes this easy for toddlers to push and gentle on floors. The edges are finished smoothly and the PushAlong duck is the perfect size for tiny hands. The PushAlong duck will be a favorite with your toddler and will encourage motor skills and balance while he plays.

The PushAlong duck would be a wonderful, unique gift for a baby shower or a baby’s first birthday. Elaborate battery powered toys can be over stimulating for a young toddler. The PushAlong duck is a great way to encourage healthy play.

Backyard Buddy Blocks

Backyard BlocksPuzzles are a great way to develop small motor skills and encourage early math skills but many are too difficult for toddlers. The Backyard Buddy Blocks from ImagiPlay can grow with your toddler as he develops. Young toddlers can play and build with the blocks that are just their size (1 ¼“) or practice their small motor skills by putting the blocks back into the wooden tray that is small enough to fit on a toddlers lap. As your toddler grows, he can practice fitting the blocks together to make six adorable animal pictures. With only 4 pieces, these puzzle blocks are simple enough to avoid frustrating a toddler (and mom since there aren’t many pieces to pick up).

ImagiPlay is a great place for quality, earth-friendly toys that keep it simple and allow kids to play.
