Celebrity Autographed Pediped Shoes Support the Make-a-Wish Foundation

sfawPediped has teamed up with the Make-a-Wish Foundation with their Stars for a Wish event to earn money for to grant wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions. I’ve always loved the mission of the Make-a-Wish Foundation. As we get closer to the holidays, many families are looking for ways to help someone in need. I can only imagine the emotions that must come with parenting a child with a major medical need. With the economy struggling, many parents are struggling to simply provide basic health care to their children so granting a child’s life dream is beyond the reach for many families.

The Stars for a Wish event will run from October 25 – November 5. Pediped has a minimum goal of raising $25,000 (with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the Make-a-Wish Foundation) by auctioning off Pediped baby shoes signed by a celebrity.

Celebrities who signed baby shoes include:

MOVIES Jessica Alba, Halle Berry, Pierce Brosnan, Andy Garcia, Molly Ringwald, Rachel Weisz

TELEVISION Tim Allen, Courtney Cox Arquette, Marcia Cross, Jennie Garth, Whoopi Goldberg, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, Heidi Klum, Charlie Sheen, Jon Stewart

MUSIC Clay Aiken, Kenny Chesney, Faith Hill, Jason Aldean, Ed Roland, Sugarland, Martina McBride

SPORTS Jerome Bettis, Anna Kournikova, Shaquille O’Neal, Mark Teixeira, J.D. Drew, David Ortiz

Auction winners will receive a pair of signed Pediped shoes in a cherry-finished shadow box or clear acrylic box complete with an engraved plaque.
