Pediped has teamed up with the Make-a-Wish Foundation with their Stars for a Wish event to earn money for to grant wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions. I’ve always loved the mission of the Make-a-Wish Foundation. As we get closer to the holidays, many families are looking for ways to help someone in need. I can only imagine the emotions that must come with parenting a child with a major medical need. With the economy struggling, many parents are struggling to simply provide basic health care to their children so granting a child’s life dream is beyond the reach for many families.
The Stars for a Wish event will run from October 25 – November 5. Pediped has a minimum goal of raising $25,000 (with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the Make-a-Wish Foundation) by auctioning off Pediped baby shoes signed by a celebrity.

Auction winners will receive a pair of signed Pediped shoes in a cherry-finished shadow box or clear acrylic box complete with an engraved plaque.
