In a Study at Yale University, Dr. Diane Berry found those women who were interested in losing weight to gain control of their lives had a much higher success rate (an average of 52 lbs lost and kept off for 7 plus years) then those that are trying to gain approval from someone else. So remember, it’s your body and you need to keep it in shape for you!!

  1. Mindset is most important motivation factor in fat loss. You won’t loose fat unless you really want to. Because from time to time you will feel bored or will desire for fast foods and all unhealthy stuff.
