I
am constantly surfing the web, reading magazines and watching TV shows for more information about how to be healthy. Whether I am trying to determine the validity of a claim or just learn something new, my thirst for knowledge is hardly ever squelched, but my “torment” is to your benefit. I just found a great website that I hope that you will take a few moments to visit. The URL is www.realage.com .The site is sponsored by Dr. Oz and Dr. Rozien, authors of You: The Owner’s Manual. It is a free questionnaire that provides you with you “Real Age”. It determines if Real Age matches your calendar age – biologically speaking. The test asks a variety of questions regarding the mind, the body, your lifestyle, and your environment. I took the test in 7 minutes and received an email right away to obtain my RealAge result. There are some obvious market research type questions in the test but how else are they going to provide this service for free.
Comes with a Plan
As an added bonus, the site provides you with a plan to improve problem areas – ie the areas that caused you to be older then your calendar age. As you make progress on you health you can go back and make adjustments to your test and you will get a new RealAge.
Please be Honest
You are the only one that is going to see your answers so tell the truth, even if you don’t like it. This is a problem that a lot of people, woman especially have when it comes to their health. They are in a state of denial. By not admitting it, it’s not real. Well not only is that categorically wrong, it is incredibly dangerous. There are so many health related problems that have simple solutions when addressed when they are first detected.
More About the Site
After taking your RealAge test and reviewing your plan, take some time to click around the site. It is full of all sorts of valuable information. There are daily tips, blogs, games, recipes, and other health tests. I added it to my bookmarked sites list and so should you. By the way, my calendar age is 28.5 and my RealAge is 28.1. My plan suggests that I need to increase my Omega-3 and Calcium intakes, lower my resting heart rate and add some more weight training to my regime, all suggestions I plan to take. I would love to read what your result was and how you plan to use that info to its fullest, please leave a comment.
