I love this statement on the Healthy Living Blog: “The way you treat your body depends on your motivation, this motivation is affected by the condition of your body, how you feel.” I find this so true. I love the gym and the workout that I get there. If I’m feeling good about myself then I can’t wait to get there and go at least 4 times a week. If I’m not feeling good about myself, or if I stray from healthy eating habits, I find myself making excuses to hang out at home. Funny how our minds work!
