Get Fit Mondays – 3/15/2010

In my constant wandering on the Internet I have discovered a number of wonderful fitness websites. And it occurred to me that not everyone has time to search all of these different sites to try to get all the great tips. So I have decided to start a weekly recap of what’s going on in the fitness blogosphere! You can come by Busy Mommy Media every Monday to see what’s going on around the web. I will post links to some articles that I really enjoyed. Please feel free to follow these blogs. You are also welcome to come back and tell us what you thought of these blogs.

Mommy-Muse Blog – Creating Time for Fitness – we are all looking for new and creative ways to squeeze fitness into our days. This article has some great tips.

Workout Mama - One Fit Mommy – this is a regular meme that outlines the lifestyle of a fit mommy and real person. It is a great way to see how other people make fitness work.
