Get Fit Monday

This week I have decided to focus on posts regarding goal setting, and keeping. This can be are deal-breaker when it come to getting fit. If you set your goals too high you will get discouraged very quickly. If you set them too low you will not really benefits. That’s why I like a multi-tiered goal structure. A few very large goals (ie lose 40 pounds or lower HDL by 50) coupled with several smaller, more manageable goals that work towards the big goal (ie loses 3 pounds a week, or stop drinking soda).
