Actually I’ve seen these on the Base we go to, to do our grocery shopping at the commissary.
The troop driving the tank has to get so much drive time and pass their tests before these are taken off when they drive.

What a good idea! My first daughter almost killed us at an intersection so I wouldn’t drive with her after that. It was VERY scary!!! All my 5 girls thank me (now) for teaching them how to drive with a standard transmission. But at the time on hills they didn’t like it all that well.
now that, is hilarious! We need one of those, too!
