My baby sister got married yesterday. That’s so surreal. I changed her diapers. She drove me crazy by peering under my bedroom door when I had my friends over. And now she’s older than I was when my first child was born.
I’m starting to feel old.
Yesterday was filled with emotions as she started off on her new life. A new family was being created yesterday. My sister is growing up.
I’ve been married for almost 12 years now. It doesn’t seem like nearly that long but sometimes it’s nice to remember those early days and keep the memories close.
