I LOVE roasted veggies and this roasted butternut squash is so good that I couldn’t stop my family from snacking on it. It was almost gone by the time I was ready to serve it for dinner! Roasting brings out so much flavor and it’s turns butternut squash into something amazing. This recipe is so delicious that you’d never guess it only has 3 ingredients. It’s the perfect addition to a fall meal!
Making rice used to be my least favorite kitchen task. I could never seem to get it right. It was either too wet or dried up and crunchy. I’ve tried several different rice makers and while some of them did the job, more or less, the cleanup was a pain in the butt. My family LOVES BBQ sauce. I have one child who will literally eat just about anything as long as you put barbecue sauce on it. I’m picky about the barbecue sauce I’ll buy though and most of the store bought brands are filled with high fructose corn syrup and other extra goodies. I played around though and came up with this homemade BBQ sauce while I was creating our Loaded BBQ Chicken Salad and it’s so easy that I don’t know if I’ll ever buy barbecue sauce again. The flavor on this is AMAZING! You won’t miss that store bought barbecue sauce at all with this recipe.
