I love fish but I’ve realized that I don’t cook it very often because so many of the recipes that I love are so time-consuming. Fish is so good for you though and my kids love it so I wanted to find a way to get it on the table more often. I gathered together some no-fuss fish recipes that you can get on the table fast. These recipes are some of my family’s favorites and they don’t require a lot of prep time or any complicated ingredients.
Dinner has to be fast around here and I’d like it to actually be eaten to it has got to be good. It’s something we’ve struggled with since the twins were born so when Minute® Rice offered to sponsor a post I knew it was just what we needed to help us quit the fast food habit we’ve gotten into while our live has been crazy this past year.
We’re getting back to the basics with simple proteins and quick cooking sides like Minute® Rice new Multi-Grain Medley. By keeping things simple I can get a healthy dinner on the table in 20 minutes or less and everyone still gets to eat the foods they love.
Growing up, I lived on Bumble Bee® tuna melts. A few years ago my kids wouldn’t touch tuna but they love it now so I decided to give the classic tuna melt a bit of a twist by adding some of our favorite veggies to make it a more complete meal. The result was this delicious tuna melt that was so cravable that I ate it again the next day.
