Chia seeds are an great source of omega-3 fats and fiber. These tiny seeds pack an amazing nutritional punch and they are also easy to add to your diet. They have a great texture when added to liquids, which is why you’ve probably seen some chia seed drinks pop up in your local health store. Those are delicious but pricey. Fortunately, you can make your own and they are incredibly easy.

That was a great deal for him for $1 because I read all the books after that for free. As a mom I have less time to read and less money to devote to my reading habit but reading is the way I take care of my own needs when life gets crazy so I make sure that I read something every day.
