This coming Friday is national Wear Red to Work Day. Many companies across the U.S. are coming together and join forces in the fight against heart disease and stroke in women. So many of us are women with daughters, nieces, sisters, mothers and friends that could some day be impacted by this disease. I have always worked a regular job outside the home since my kids were babies. I have slowly moved up in pay over the years, but felt that I was never appreciated for the time I contributed to each job, and for the skills that I have. I have always wanted to work from home, so when I got laid off in April, I started my search for a work at home job. I searched for several months, not finding anything.
