I got curious about the Keto diet after my dad used it to lose almost 80 pounds. He’s healthier than I’ve ever seen him and seeing his success has inspired me to make some changes of my own.
I’ve been trying to lose weight since my twins were born almost 4 years ago. I never struggled with my weight until I started having kids. I’ve tried so many different diet and exercise plans and it has been a huge struggle to find anything that works. I’ve been eating sugar free and low sugar recipes as often as I can, so the Keto diet is a natural transition.
What I love about the Keto diet is you aren’t supposed to be hungry. You can fill up on as many veggies and healthy fats as you want. I do a very lose Keto diet (I’m still learning) and when I stick to it I definitely see success.
