Dinner time is a fast and furious thing at my house most nights. With six kids, including twin toddlers, we don’t have a lot of down time. Dinner is usually cooked with at least one twin hanging on my leg and verbally breaking up fights I can hear going on in the other room.
Some of you are probably nodding your head in solidarity.
I like to cook healthy meals but by the end of the night I am just DONE. I need dinner on the table fast so we can move on to the part of the night I’m really looking forward to . . . bedtime.
I love my kids but mid-week dinnertime is not my favorite way to spend time with them. I do love how quickly I can get dinner on the table with this simple solution.
I absolutely LOVE stuffed peppers. They are one of my favorite meals but they can definitely be time consuming to make.
