This Roasted Barbecue Chickpea Salad is the perfect quick lunch. The flavors in this are amazing together. This is definitely not a wimpy side-salad. You can easily make a meal out of this.
There are very few things I love more than a fantastic salad.
I always keep a few favorite ingredients on hand to throw something together. One of my favorite things to throw on salads is roasted chickpeas, so I always have at least a few cans of S&W Garbanzo beans on hand.
I love that they come in three varieties: core, Less Sodium, Organic. I’ve tried so many brands of canned beans and S&W Beans is always my favorites. They have the highest standards in the industry and have a tradition of premium quality for over 120 years.
My kids love when I make roasted chickpeas. They try and swipe them all so I have to make sure that I make some extras for snacking.
Roasted chickpeas are perfect as a salad topper. They add a bit of crunch and some great protein.
Right now you can save on S&W Beans, so it is a great time to stock up. Download this coupon and get $1 off any 2 cans of S&W beans. I love having a variety on hand for quick lunches. I can usually throw something together if I have a few cans of beans in my pantry.
