Smoothies are one of my favorite sweet treats. They are a great way to start the morning or a sweet way to end the day. I love that I can throw them together so quickly and they are such an easy way to get your kids to enjoy some fresh ingredients.
I never have any complaints when I serve a fresh smoothie and it is a great way to satisfy my sweet tooth without killing my diet.

Looking for a Copycat Smoothie King strawberry kiwi recipe?
We’ve heard from several readers that this recipe is a fantastic copycat for the Smoothie King strawberry kiwi smoothie. I am a HUGE fan of recreating my favorite fast food or restaurant recipes at home because I know exactly what ingredients are going into them.
Best Protein Powder for Smoothies

I’ll often mix in some protein powder to bulk things up when I make smoothies for breakfast. My favorite is the Clean Simple Eats protein powder.
The vanilla is perfect in this recipe but they have so many other amazing flavors that are the perfect way to start your day.
With a bit of protein powder, this smoothie recipe does a great job of holding me over until lunch and I can throw it together and enjoy it on the go if I need to.
If you haven’t tried their meal plans yet either, you’ll want to check those out for sure. They save me so much time!

What tools do you need?
My blender is probably the most used appliance in my kitchen. It’s on a constant rotation of smoothies all day long and I swear we spend half the day washing it out so we can use it again.
If you haven’t invested in a really good blender yet, it’s totally worth it. I use a Blendtec and I don’t know how I functioned before I bought it (you can get a great deal on them here too). I went back and forth for a long time (and tried several cheaper blenders in the meantime) and there’s just nothing that compares with it.
It makes throwing together this Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie so easy and the texture is so amazingly smooth.
I’ve also been loving my Ninja blender lately (You can see our full review here). I find that I use the single-serving option on this all the time so when I don’t want to make a full blender-full of something I’ll just pull this out.

Hi Rachael,
Wow! This looks so delicious. What other fruit can I put in place of Kiwi to give me the same taste? I’m sensitive to Kiwi.
I would probably do peach. That would be delicious in this. You’d get a different flavor but it would still be yummy. Good luck!
What kind of non dairy milk do you use? Coconut or almond? What works best?
I was wondering how many calories are in each serving?
