Rice is the perfect side dish for so many meals but it can be so hard to cook just right. This method involves cooking rice in the oven and it comes out perfectly every single time!
Making rice used to be my least favorite kitchen task. I never used to be able to get it right.
It was either too wet or dried up and crunchy — there’s nothing tasty about crunchy rice.
I’ve tried several different rice makers and while some of them did the job, more or less, the cleanup was a pain in the butt. I’m so glad I discovered this simple method for cooking rice in the oven because it comes out perfect every single time!
This technique even works great for brown rice, with is a bit trickier to cook on the stovetop.
We use rice as a side dish for some of our favorite meals so I’m excited to have a simpler option.
